2512-Buffered Thiazine Solution

Purpose Used for histology staining.
Ingredients Phosphate buffers, Methylene blue, Azide A, Sodium azide.
Working Principle The samples are placed in Buffered Thiazine Solution and allowed to stand for a certain period (generally a few minutes to an hour). Thiazine binds to and stains the structural components of the cells. The buffer in the solution stabilizes the pH level and preserves the cell structures.
