| Working Principle |
Tissue samples to be processed with trichrome staining methods are a good fixative for preserving soft and delicate samples. Hollande fixative can be used for large and small stomach tissue, gastrointestinal biopsies or tissues containing large amounts of inflammatory and mucinous cells. It is also a good fixative for routine surgical samples. |

Danger. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause respiratory irritation. Suspected of causing cancer. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. |
