Hematoxylin certified (CI-75290), sodium iodate, glycerol, aluminum ammonium sulfate, acetic acid, preservatives and stabilizers. |
| Working Principle |
Hematoxylin approved (CI-75290); when oxidized, it forms blue-purple Hematin. Thanks to this feature, it is used to stain the cell nucleus as a suitable dye fixative. It provides ease of examination of transparent cells and tissues under the microscope. |
| Warnings, Precautions, Recommendations |
Causes eye irritation. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. In case of skin contact: Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Dry skin with water/shower. In case of eye contact: Dry carefully with water for several minutes. |
