Hazard Highly flammable liquid and vapor.
Causes severe eye irritation Keep away from heat/sparks/flame/hot surfaces - No smoking.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
IF IN CONTACT WITH SKIN (or hair) : Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IN EYE CONTACT: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if worn and easy to do so. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
Store in a well ventilated area. Keep cold. |
| Application
|
-The smear is stained with Carbol Fuchsin Stain (GBL-2423) by heating from the bottom for 5 minutes.
-Cooled. Wash with distilled water for 5-10 seconds.
-Cover the smear with Acid Alcohol (GBL-2426) for 5-30 seconds.
-Gently washed very briefly with distilled water.
-The slide is stained with Methylene Blue Alkali Stain, Löffler (GBL-2420) for 1-2 minutes.
-Wash gently with distilled water. Air dried. Examined. |
