Working Principle |
Trichromes can provide very good staining discrimination between tissue fibers and tissue spaces. The Wheatley Trichrome stain is a modified stain of Gomori's original tissue procedure. The technique has a simple procedure and is performed rapidly. It produces uniformly stained smears of intestinal protozoans, yeasts, artefacts and human cells. |
Warnings, Precautions, Recommendations |
Danger. Causes skin irritation. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Do not induce vomiting. Call first aid immediately and show the container or label. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Remove the victim to fresh air and keep them in a position comfortable for breathing. Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. |
