Ingredients |

C) Alcoholic decolorizer: Ethyl Alcohol, 96%
D) Hematoxylin Solution Glii-3: Hematoxylin, Aluminum sulfate, Sodium iodate, Acetic acid. |

Danger. Harmful if swallowed. May cause organ damage through prolonged or repeated exposure. Highly flammable liquid and vapor. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye damage. May cause respiratory irritation. Keep away from heat/sparks/flames/hot surfaces. - No smoking. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. If you feel unwell, call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IF INHALED: If breathing is difficult, remove victim to fresh air and keep in a position comfortable for breathing easily. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Store in a well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. |
Application

1. Cover the preparation with 10 drops of “A- Glutaraldehyde solution”. After 1 minute, shake the slide to remove the reagent.
2. Wash with distilled water for 1 minute.
3. Cover the preparation with 10 drops of “B- Sudan black solution”. After 5 minutes, shake the slide to remove the reagent.
4. Cover the preparation with 10 drops of “C- Alcoholic decolorizer”. After 15 seconds, shake the slide to remove the reagent. Repeat this process 3 times.
5. Wash the preparation with distilled water for 15 seconds.
6. Cover the preparation with 10 drops of “D- Hematoxylin solution Gill-3”. After 5 minutes, shake the slide to remove the reagent.
7. Wash the preparation with distilled water for 1 minute.
8. Dry in air, examine under a microscope. |
