| Working Principle |
The samples are placed in Buffered Thiazine Solution and allowed to stand for a certain period (generally a few minutes to an hour). Thiazine binds to and stains the structural components of the cells. The buffer in the solution stabilizes the pH level and preserves the cell structures. |
